1 Hour Class Weekly, 6 week program. For Puppies 8 weeks to 5 months.

Training a dog when it is a puppy is important for a number of reasons:

Puppies are very receptive to learning, puppies have a natural curiosity and are open to learning new things everyday.

Puppies have a shorter attention span than adult dogs. We structure our classes to focus on skill development for the first half hour and confidence-building activities for the second half of each class.

This approach can be beneficial for puppies, as it enables them to learn new behaviours and commands more effectively and retain the information for longer periods.

Training can prevent behaviour problems from developing: Puppies are naturally playful and energetic, and without proper training, they may exhibit undesirable behaviours such as chewing, barking, and jumping. Training can help to prevent these behaviours from becoming habits.

Training is a great way for a puppy and owner to bond and training a puppy is an important part of responsible dog ownership and can lead to a well-behaved, well-adjusted dog.
